Kayode Ajewole has over 5 years experience in management training and consulting. Over the years, he has consulted with and trained project managers for various organisations. Kayode has a wealth of knowledge in the learning and development field. He recently consulted to a major food supplement organisation on the area of giving project management advice on their business processes. Prior to Albert and Benjamin Ross, Kayode was a project management trainer with Touquay Limited. He facilitated training sessions and led the business development team. He also worked for Eagle 8 consulting where he managed seminar administration, marketing and instructor communications. Kayode has delivered over 400 hours of project management training in alignment with PMI standards. He has written articles on the importnce ofproject management and applying its methodologies to projects. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Ibadan and is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, U.S.A

Ayo Sanni has over 8 years experience in business development and management.  He initially held this held these roles on a part-time basis at abr. He has since joined us on a full time basis, working in strategy, process re-engineering and business development. When he is in the country, he trains as well. He has delivered over 400 hours of Project  management training in accordance with PMI standards. He is one of  the drivers our consulting team and is very passionate and vocal about puttting Nigerian businesses on the map through adoption of best practices. In the past he has led projects at Fujitsu-Siemens UK. Prior to that he was a business development manager at Positive purpose Ltd, UK and sales manager at Skyman Sacks and Bags, one of the UK's leading distributors of polythenen products. While there, he also cut his tooth in Project Management, by leading a project to move the warehouses and designing the new ones. He is a graduate of University of  Ibadan and a PMI certified Project Manager.

Titilola Parks is a project manager with over 10 years of project management experience and 13 years congnate experience in the Nigerian telecommunicate sector.

Prior to joining Albert and Benjamin Rose project managers, she worked as a project planner in the program management office of the Capital Programs Group of MTN Nigeria for close to 2 years during which period she was responsible for monitoring and ensuring coordination of all project in the network build program within MTN. After which she joined MTS First Wireless as Project Office Manager for another year and a half.

Tititola bagged her first degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering from the Lagos state university. Lagos and a PGD from CETEP Business School, Lagos.

She is a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project management Professional.

Kolade Zackius-Shittu , a young, dynamic process oriented individual received his undergraduate education in Mechanical Engineering and proceeded to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science both from University of Ilorin.

Mr. Zackius-Shittu has successfully project-managed several ICT and non-ICT business process enhancing projects. He is a key player in strategic improvement curriculum design for corporate trainings and facilitates at PM preparatory classes with ABR.

He currently works on a model that uses Knowledge Management as a strategy for sustaining process improvement efforts. He is certified Six Sigma Back Belt, PMP and Internet & Web Professional.
